Common Requirements
- Seven (07) months valid passport with an old passport if have.
- Colour copies of all pages of the passport or travel document. This includes biometric page, visa stamps, and blank pages. The copies must be in correct page order, and clear enough so all text can be read easily.
- Visiting card.
- Bank statement for last 06 months
- Bank solvency certificate
- National Identity Card copy
Business Visa
- Renewal trade license copy with notary public ( English Translated )
- Memorandum for limited company / Form XII
- The blank page of the office pad.
- Import/Export Certificate
Student Visa
- Student ID card Photo Copy.
- Leave letter from School/College/University
- Birth certificate (Only for Child & infant).
Work Visa
- No objection certificate (NOC)
- Salary certificate/Payslip - last 06 months
- Employee ID card copy
- Provident fund certificate
- BMDC certificate for Doctor
- BAR council certificate for Advocate

- Marriage certificate copy ( if spouse name not mentioned in the Passport )
- Fixed Deposit Copy with Certificate from Bank.
- Sanchay Patra Copy with Certificate from Bank.

United Kingdom Visa Checklist for Bangladeshi Applicants
- Passport valid at least 6 months beyond travel date
- Two recent passport-size photographs (white background)
- Completed & signed visa application form
- Confirmed return flight itinerary
- Hotel booking or accommodation proof
- Bank statement — last 6 months
- Bank solvency certificate
- NID / Birth certificate copy
- Online application form (VAF) on gov.uk — print, sign, date, and keep the GWF reference number
- VFS Global biometric appointment confirmation printout, plus the visa fee payment receipt (Standard Visitor Visa, ~£115)
- Trade licence (current year), company/RJSC registration, and IRC/ERC — for buying-house, export or business applicants
- Company NOC on letterhead — position, salary, approved leave and return-date guarantee, signed by an authorised person
- BGMEA/BKMEA membership, VAT/BIN certificate, and audited financial statements — last 2-3 years
- Business bank statement — 6 months, showing turnover/LC proceeds; personal statement must show gradual build-up, not a lump-sum deposit
- TIN certificate and income tax returns — last 3 years
- Export documents (sample LC copies, commercial invoices, packing lists) and UK buyer orders, if applicable
- Property/ties documents — land deed, khatian/mutation, valuation, rental income proof, vehicle registration
- Travel insurance — min. £30,000 medical cover, plus repatriation and cancellation
- Day-by-day itinerary, and copies of any valid visas for other countries or a previous UK visa
- Invitation letter from the UK host (with their passport/BRP copy), if visiting family or friends
- Certified English translations of any Bangla documents, plus a numbered index of everything submitted
