Bangladeshi Citizens are required to have the stamped visa, this kind is only available through a Panamanian consulate or embassy. As there is no consulate and embassy in Dhaka, nearest Panamanian Embassy is in India.

VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR PANAMA:
Two visa application form to be duly filled; to be filled in original without any scratches/white liquid etc.
Three recent passport size photos taken in a clear white background face uncovered.
Photocopy of all pages of the valid passport with minimum 3 months of validity (Duly attested by the renowned notary public, attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then Translated in Spanish by an authorized translator).
**Original bank solvency letter of the applicant with the name of the manager and the seal of the Bank mentioning the a/c no. And balance equivalent of USD.
Special Note: In case of proprietor, also attach Income TAX Declaration – of the last one year (Duly attested by the renowned notary public, attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then Translated in Spanish by an authorized translator).
**Second ID proof of residence (voter’s ID, driving license etc.) of the applicant in Bangladesh.
A Letter of invitation from panama , copy of the Cedula self-attested by the resident of Panama; copy of the passport in case the person is a foreigner who is inviting; copy of any public bill showing the residential address of the invitee and the Bank solvency letter of the resident of Panama. (Translate In Spanish).
Special Note: In case of a Company Invitation, A letter of invitation from the company in Panama duly signed by the authorized official, copy of Cedula ID of the Panamanian resident, copy of public registry / incorporation, copy of key operations, and Bank solvency letter of the Panamanian Company (Translate In Spanish).
Travel Itinerary showing entry and exit from Panama.
Hotel confirmation (wherever applicable).
**Letter from The Company / Applicant Mentioning Reason for Travel to Panama:
a) In case employed by a Private or a Public Sector: Letter of the Company; with the last month salary slip.**
b) In case retired: to show pension being drawn and the receipt.**
c) In case of a student: To show a letter from the school indicating the studies being pursued, time of vacations and in case of after or before vacations, to show a letter showing the permission to travel.**
d) In case of a dependent: a sworn declaration showing the family or any guardian responsible for all the expenses of the dependent.-with a certificate showing the relationship along with the Bank solvency letter of the Guardian.**
**IMPORTANT NOTE: For the requirement number 4, 5 & 9, the documents need to be attested by the renowned Notary Public, and then attested by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dhaka and Translate into Spanish by an authorized Translation Authority.
Visa Fees: Visa processing charge at Panama Embassy is BDT 9,000/- + Travel Team Ltd. Logistics / Processing charge applicable.
Additional Notes
- All applicants need to scan the above mentioned documents in jpeg format saved in a CD (which should not be above the size of 5 MB.)
- All documents in Two (2) sets: one original, one photocopy
- Documents will be sent to Panama for approval, this process takes about 20-30 working days.
- Please inform the embassy in advance, in case the applicant is holding visas which are valid and travelled for the following countries: USA, UK, Europe, Canada or Australia.
