Common Requirements
- Six (06) months valid passport with old passport if have one.
- Personal Bank Statement / Company Bank Statement having seal signature from bank for the Last Six (06) Months.
- Bank Solvency Certificate having seal signature from bank
- Visiting Card.
- Recent Two (02) Copy Photo. (35 mm X 45 mm, white background), not older than 03 months
- National Identity Card Copy.
- TIN Certificate/Tax Acknowledgement Slip & Income Tax Certificate (Last 03 Years)
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
Business Visa
- Company Bank Statement of Last Six (06) Months & Bank Solvency Certificate having seal signature from bank
- Renewal Trade License Copy.
- Visiting card
- Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where director's names are mentioned). (If you are an owner director of a company)
- Office pad / Company letterhead pad
- Import & Export Certificate - if any
- TIN / Income Tax Certificate - if any
Student Visa
- Student ID card photocopy.
- Leave letter from school/college/university.
- Sponsor documents : (if any )
- 1. Invitation letter
- 2. Passport copy
- 3. Tenancy agreement copy/Driving License Copy (Any documents for address verification)
- Other supporting documents: (a) Tour program (b) Cover letter (c) FDR/DPS certificate (d) Birth certificate of children (e) Document of properties (f) Blue book photocopy of car, if any (g) Document of other income, if any (h) All documents of financial solvency, like FDR, share business, other savings, Deposit/cash investment, etc.
