Common Requirements
- Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 6 months after leaving the Schengen territory.
- All previous passports.
- Personal Bank Statement / Company Bank Statement with bank solvency certificate of Last Six (06) Months.
- Recent two (02) copy color photographs. (35 mm X 45 mm, White background), not older than 03 months
- Travel health insurance, valid for all Schengen countries; covering medical expenses with a minimum of 30,000.- EUR.
Business Visa
- Renewal Trade License Copy.
- Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where director's names are mentioned). (If you are an owner director of a company)
- Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad
- Import & Export Certificate - if any
- TIN / Income Tax Certificate - if any
Student Visa
- Student ID card Photo Copy.
- Leave letter from school/college/university.
- Other supporting document (a) Tour Program (b) Visiting card (c) Marriage certificate (d) Birth certificate of children (e) Document of properties (f) Bluebook photocopy of the car if any (g) Document of other income if any (h) All documents of financial solvency like FDR/ Share business/ other savings/Security Deposit/cash investment etc. (i) National Identity Card Copy.

Hungary Visa Checklist for Bangladeshi Applicants
- Passport valid at least 6 months beyond travel date
- Two recent passport-size photographs (white background)
- Completed & signed visa application form
- Confirmed return flight itinerary
- Hotel booking or accommodation proof
- Bank statement — last 6 months
- Bank solvency certificate
- NID / Birth certificate copy
- Residence permit application form (Appendix 9), fully signed
- Passport with 2 blank pages, valid 6+ months, plus all previous passports
- Flight booking and proof of accommodation for the full stay
- Travel insurance covering the expected travel date to Hungary
- Sponsor’s bank statement — last 13 months, plus proof of regular income
- Final acceptance letter from the university/college
- Apostilled school certificates, birth certificate and police clearance certificate
